For a monthly fee of $9.99, lifters can upload a 30-second video every 72 hours to receive written feedback from multiple coaches. These coaches are carefully selected elite professionals and athletes endorsed by our team.
Moreover, subscribers gain access to our hashtag anthology, a curated collection of resources covering a wide range of common lifting topics, terminology, and information on various competitive lifting federations. Additionally, the anthology includes details on strength training programs suited for both competitive athletes and enthusiasts at all skill levels.
Coaches using the app will benefit from a rating system based on feedback from the lifters they assist. They can also contribute educational content to the anthology, showcasing their expertise.
